I worked with the University of Reading to assist with moving their Infrastructure and Application support role from a reactive to a pro-active model. I am using the Microsoft System Center toolset to achieve this goal, with a particular focus on extending the SCOM application monitoring to encompass all the universities bespoke applications. And allow Capacity and SLA BI reporting to the business.
