I worked to resolve a troubled implementation of Cisco Call Manager 4.1 and Unity Messaging Suite. My role varied from carrying out day to day administration and troubleshooting of the configuration, and implementation of new features such as IPMA (IP Manager Assistant) and Attendant Console, along with integrating Call Manager and Unity integration with Active Directory I Successfully finished the implementation and performed the upgrade of Call Manager v4.3 to v5.0
